I've just bought a new welder (Clarke 151 TE) as I need to weld some heavier steel, and would like to set up my old and tatty, but still functional Pro 90 for aluminium work.
it's not long since had a new plastic wire liner, and still works a treat on thinner stuff, I was wondering if adding a capacitor(s) after the rectifier would help when welding ali?
Is there anything else that would help?
