pumps at a guess £20 ish ,smallest u can get.
u could make a lip on the inside to hold a piece of mesh,put liner in,pump in,put the mesh on then put a few stones ,pebbles etc on top o mesh fill with water and your away. Just have it sort of babbling rather than water shooting in the air.most pumps are adjustable anyway.
