I never actually got mine to work. Always seems to be problems getting the old tungsten in and when it can go in, it's too loose and the grind is poor.
Rub the used tungsten down lenghtways on some 120 grit, and , if you have cut it, bung it into the next size hole up part way to knock the burrs off and it should go in to the right hole.
The oxydisation on the used tungsten stops it going into its right hole as the tolerances are spot on (he's from Derby)-which is more than can be said of tungstens.
Note that the diamond disc tilts, you may find it beneficial to put the tungsten in a collet to set the distance to keep a consistent grind.
