I've a diecast aluminium outside light as below. It lights up a walkway between the house and fence, specifically where's there's a step up to some decking.
I've just found another, identical diecast light. Thinking it'd be convenient to have one between the corner of the wall and the window in order to light up the decking a bit.
The existing light is cabled thorough the rear with the cables in the cavity.
With hindsight I'd have drilled and run a short bit of cable in the cavity whilst I had the roof edge open but I hadn't found the other light then!
I suppose I could drill at an angle then use a "bent coat hanger" to thread a wire through via the cavity. A PG13.5 to PG13.5 right angle, external cable solution would be quickest. I'm sure there was once TUF cable or some such?
