There's not much difference between kits, so if you've got a local bike shop, I'd just buy it there, as you won't save much money by buying online.

You will have far, far fewer punctures with tubeless than tubes.
When you do need something, Dynaplug 'darts' are excellent and quick. Not the cheapest, but having messed around with 'anchovies' etc, I'd recommend these every time.
