I need or rather my works needs qty 100 M14x40 flange headed bolts, fine thread 10.9 tensile strength, and 100 flange nuts to suit.
My supplier told me toady that will be 600 quid thank you, I replied please put that order on hold for a few days!

Took a look on ebay, and the pics of said bolts look a bit pants, so does anyone know a supplier with half sensible pricing, or is that the going rate for unusual bolts?

That's where we are now Pete, lost two good bolteries in the last year and now have to buy online. Only way to do it now is to keep decent stocks and top up with bigger amounts/larger orders.

I think its a combination of factors - If they weren't at least one of these things - flange, or metric fine, or M14, or grade 10.9, then you would have more options, but put it together and it seems slim pickings.
