Um, in case you were half asleep while you were typing...otherwise you wouldn't?Why would you need Genny AND inverter?

I have a kawasaki 1400 suitcase you can buy......just don't leave it chained up or some ***** with battery angle grinder will have it away.I wish they had never been invented, nothing is safe anymore.
My little Honda generator went for a walk, the thick chain was cut with a grinder.
+1 I was going to say a cordless sabre saw might be a better bet for the job described, more cuts per charge at any rate.I have Ryobi One+ kit and the grinder is pretty good if you remember only light use.... With a slitting disc its ideal for small cutting jobs and a flap wheel for touching stuff up, but if i have any heavy cutting or grinding its corded all the way. I have used it on fairly heavy jobs but its quite easy to burn through a 3AH battery in less than 10 mins on a heavy job, then an hour for it to charge. I used to use it for cutting out exhaust sections on cars but find a reciprocating saw, now i have one, to be a much better cut and the battery lasts way longer...
Been too busy and tied up accumulating the cash to get one yet, but it'll probably be the makita with a 4 ah battery. I'll report back when I get it!
The P*k**s find them ok for padlocks!![]()
