Hi Guys,
I know this isn't a welding related question, but i know there are many experts here in metal, so here goes, this trophy was purchased by my grandfather to be presented anually to the overaul winner of the LH Newton fishing club, when the firm closed down in the eighties the trophy passed to my dad, and in turn when he passed away in 2003 the trophy passed to me, it is only now I can look at it, and it needs some TLC how would i go about bringing it some pride back?, without damaging it it stands about 16" tall on its base (you can see the winners on the little shields around the base) and has the appearance of a nickel finish, any advice much appreciated
