This fast lifts direct from the handle. One pump can raise it to the contact point.
My Bradbury Jackette does that. You twist the handle to the left and it engages a pin to lift the jack till it meets resistance then you let go and it resorts to hydraulic power. It also lifts a vehicle high enough to put wheel ramps under the tyres which is handy. I got some funny looks when I had my daughter's Corsa on 4 ramps when doing the exhaust.
