Treating these rusty floor pans

I still have half a can of Zinc 182, it used to get liberally applied in a couple of coats to everything after welding or wire brushing then some underseal on top to make it look like the rest.

I’ve treated this area now, but when I do this sort of job again, which Jotamastic is best to use? 80, 87 or 90?
