One with the table and the 4 finger prongs. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/167718312621?
Used mine for removing fwd transaxles. I just strap the boxes in question to the side bits of the tilty plate well with some solid ratchet straps. It always feels very controlled and safe and tilting the transmission to miss subframes etc getting it in and out without dropping the motor its very useful indeed. The ones I've done dont really weigh that much to be a tipping concern for the whole jack which seems pretty stable. You can also (mis)use them to drop fuel tanks and hold exhausts etc like this also.
As bob says the hardest bit if its something heavy is getting stuff on and off the jack once its lowered and wheeled out from under the car, but most people with a ramp have a engine crane. If not, just use the ramp to lift it and wheel the jack from underneath with it suspended and lower it down onto a floor dolly with the ramp. Or if its a little fwd box, I find I can lift it on and off by hand onto a work table.
@8ob I'd be interested in a pic of your frame too if you get chance, probably others too. Maybe I can be tempted away from some cribbage screwed together for something more long term
