Got one of them, used it a lot before electric screwdrivers came out.
yep when combined with the srews from hell...slottedOr slip when doing up a screw and slice a groove out of the wall you could hide a water pipe in![]()

The big one was a 131 or 131a from what I recall.just for fun @roofman is there a part number stuck on it anywhere? If there is, I'll try and find out when we sttopped selling them. You never know. there may still be some lurking in one of the shops somewhere

Last time I used one was for clipping a pipe too the outside of a ten story building in London, we were in a cable-suspended work platform. Push like hell to get the screws in and then the cradle would come crashing back into the building

I just remember them as Stanley Yankee screwdriver no… the 131 was the biggest, that’s what I’ve got in the shed. I can’t go out at the moment & look for more details as I’m stuck in the house withe a knackered back!not much to go on, any letters you can think of in front of the numbers? like CTS something like that?
I got one from a scouts jumble sale thing a while back, very good nick and was 50p I think.
