They go by either spark plug boot pliers or hose grip pliers.
Knipex do them, but only in a 200mm length

Laser Tools do a double jointed one - laser is usually the better end of the no-brand stuff.
Snapon do them in the length and style you want, but obviously you will need to remortgage the house.
I don't think I've seen any "branded" ones this side of the pond, plenty of generic Chinese ones on ebay.
Since Kal stopped making them, the Mac pliers are just re-branded cheap Chinese or Taiwanese (Sunex) at best, not that highly regarded for the price
