I’ve recently been tweaking my settings on my linchon welder at work. I’m doing a large batch of these at work and have had my parameters set to 24v and wire set to 10.82, using 1mm solid wire. Is this too much current for a 6mm fillet? I’m a bit worried about possible distortion. I have been spreading my welds out every time.
I’m also new to stainless. I have to use stainless 1mm wire to weld these stainless brackets onto mild steel. I feel the pulse setting works best for me so looking to find out a good heat to set it too. They’re only supposed to be a 3mm fillet
