Too cold to spray cellulose?

The engine bay has had three coats of Jotun 87. I've re-plumbed the rear hydraulics (Citroen DS) and need to do the front. The wiring also needs to go in. I can't do any of this until the bay is painted. I can't really wait until spring, hence the question.

I have ordered one of these domestic IR heaters, so we will see if they might be any use when it arrives.
