its a chinese set, they are available on ebay under various different names.
i looked at them but then went to R-TECH and bought one of there sets instead.

It's got starlwerk written on the side. A few of them kicking about. Sold under a German name but very very cheap, built a million miles east of here
They are known for cramming a lot into a box cheap. I believe they do an acdc/mma/plasma for about £600.
