We have a job coming up that involves putting large countersunk holes in 20mm thick 304L.
The holes will be waterjet cut, but we need to do the countersinking. One of the lads says hes used titanium bits previously, with some success.
Whats the secret. Slow speed - check, coolant - check, firm pressure - check.....
