Titan reciprocating saw £29 at Screwfix

Don't know if this deal is any good for anyone on here but thought I'd post it. We have a Titan electric chainsaw and it is great for the money. Seem to be quite a few in stock in various branches near me, so hopefully they are widely available:

not for me bust 4 in one week they was taking cement render off the walls though

even quality makes are killed off knocking cement off and digging concrete up the duty cycle on them isn't very good. a 900 kango hammer will overheat with constant use

Codswallop,in my demo days the old Kango 900's were the dogs doo daas those things went on forever,we even used them on underpinning with a clay spade covered in anything that was chucked at it
Still the tool to have then was the air driven CP9

it don't do them any favours and they get red hot and stop knocking when the grease gets 2 hot . I do have a couple of them so should know

I've tried that, and I didn't think it was faster, and the risk of knackering a blade on a nail is a down side, a reciprocating saw got me down to six minutes per pallet, and killing a blade is only a £1 loss. Still, its what tool you prefer in the end.

+1 my cheap saw is fine for limited use but the trigger time is something daft like 15mins a day.
