might be silly question But when you use .9 Gassless wire do you use .9 tips or 1mm tips as the tip im'e useing has no markings on it,and its got a lot of play in it And im'e sure i seen somewhere you use a .1mm bigger tip when useing gassless wire ?? But carn't find anything about it now,

The question is fine, as the subject is always a bit of a puzzler.
I always use a tip one size bigger than the wire diameter and always get decent results. I believe the thinking is that because flux-core wire is softer than gas wire, it is more liable to deformation. Therefore using a larger tip gives more clearance and less chance of binding at the tip.
