I think the chassis plate will show that it was built "several" years ago and I have had it shot blasted and re-galvanised as part of a full refurbishment!

jockey wheel is a temporary measure till payday and i can get a nice shiney new one
total cost is around £1500, but still to do final tally up! It has been a good project for me and I have learned a few things. I could easily have got a semi-decent used ifor williams TT85, but that would have cost me more I reckon going on the prices 2nd hand ones go for on ebay
The light housing is slighty out of square
wasn't noticed till I had it welded up and fitted! The lights are the only thing I would change on it but I had those light units with the plug in loom sitting so they got used.The drawbar is 3ft long before the hitch, so around 4ft overall. Tows really well

I'd leave the jockey wheel as proof it's an old trailer jazzed up a bit
I haven't fitted anything to lock the tipper bed in the down position - road trials so far show it doesn't move, but if it does an over centre catch should do the trick.
When you attempt to lift the tipper bed with your hands at the front it doesn't budge either, so pretty happy with it.
The floor at the moment is just boarded out with 22mm 6inch wide treated boards as funds dont allow anything fancier at the moment. I do plan to sheet it with a 10x5 1.5mm galv sheet cut to size so it is nice and smooth for tipping.
Next on the list for it though is to make up some cage extensions for it, but I'm saving the pennies up for a pro tools tube bender with some box section dies, so the extensions will be on the back burner for a bit.
