i didnt mean fasten under it the next pieces you want them as a drip edge thats why we use a latte so it drips off the edge on dormers
it also gives us something thicker to stick or nail too this also gives us a drip edge into the gutter
these are just drip edges on dormers
built like this lathe fitted to the underneath of the board

after guttering fitted
a detached houseNo disrespect to the work, but I wish we stopped putting on these fugly dormers and found something nicer.
move is my opinion but people want to extend them to gain an extra room as worth the extra 10,000 for 15,000 return or higherNo disrespect to the work, but I wish we stopped putting on these fugly dormers and found something nicer.
your stuck with planning most of the time what they say goes and your architech cant do anything much about itIt's mostly cheap lazy architecture that I can't stand.
My architect comes up with loads of brilliant feasible options, normally loses out to the mega cheap box former
Does it keep the water out,Here's where I ended-up. I have to go around the bottom drip edges with a torch and roll them under properly and re-fit the edge trim on the plastic roof properly. After that it's just the lead flashing, re-fit the guttering and I'm done.
