Hi, i need to cut a hole in the floor of my focus to access the fuel pump and was just wondering why these are so cheap, are the likely to be the real deal?

Those are straight cutting shears, you will struggle to cut an internal hole in a floor with those, I would use (and have used) a monodex cutter, you will be able to cut a section out without distortion of the floor pan and should also keep your knuckles intact.

I have one of those, just a cheap one not sure how well it cuts any more, havent used it in years.I fancied using the snips so as to be able to fix the pice back in place when done and just seal around it, the monodex leaves a larger gap to fill.

Not sure if there is access to do that, tank is very close to floor.
