i used a versin of the above in the larger part of my garage although it doesnt have the foil on but it too was free

I got my roof in workshop done during the summer glad i done it No condensation at all now
Got my bud to sprayfoam it for 300euros its 40 x16 ft

Please be very carefully using bitumin based paints - the fumes are VERY unpleasant. I once painted the outside of a wall in it and was very ill for several days afterwards. This was in a confined space but was outdoors.
If using inside I would strongly recommend an air-fed mask.

your right there i wouldnt use it indoors i spilt some on garage floor .it stunk for months as said in earler post. the best insulation and cure is kingspan or cellotex which is waterproof and will leave an airgap for ventilation
