If you stick the serial # into http://www.millerwelds.com/service/ownersmanuals.php you'll get a user manual for it which includes wiring specs. There's been a thread or two on the subject of feeding these, i haven't bothered searching properly as the first post in this one should cheer you up but somewhere on the forum there's quite a long thread on the subject although i can't remember if it goes into the differences that PFC (power factor correction) can make hence the owners manual
ETA yes, transformer machines are capable of pulsed TIG, albeit limited frequency wise compared to inverters.
