was going to put on quick in the morning but in that case will leave over night to drain and then do a quick power on with the valve open for a few mins if get the chance and leave to drain agan will up date when have a play again

thanks for all the help any help on the valve as i cant seam to do any thing when trying to ajust the pressure to use diffrance tools

have had a 2nd go at it got to 6cmf and releast the drain but only a little more coming out a very small amout

just had a quick play and yes after a quick poke with a cable heared a glug and got about a teacup of water

in ten years wow !! mine makes that in a few days

be interesting to see what comes out of my comp it gets used regular and I aint drained it in 6 month . I must think on and look its a big tank so makes no odds if there's a gallon or so in it

more of an up date went to ful pressure this moning and let the air out still not any more coming out so assume its drained out ?

and i still need to fix the reg pressure gauge i cant reduce it down passed the 8cf the 2nd regulator with the big knob on top i assume is the one that changes the pressure my air tool only max should be 6.2 and im running it at 8 at the mo

Not sure of your regulator design but on some you either need to push or pull the plastic knob then turn to adjust. they can click up or down so that once set they do not accidently get moved.

defo do not push as there is not way for it to go down theres not any space for it to do that will have a go at pulling it but as soon as i do that the top comes off

might have have to buy a new one any one know what size the threads are on this
