I'm new here so go easy as I won't know all the terms. At the moment I have a car project running, Honda Prelude 2.2VTI 1998 and once that has rolled out looking in roughly 3/4 months then I want to start to make a custom motorbike like a chopper style but not some silly rake on it!
So i currently have a SIP TOPMIG 150 which has had some problems with the wire feed on it, im hoping that if i transfer it across to the metal liner this should help.
an ways i'm looking for a TIG welder that I can use to weld the odd bit of ally buy mainly steel. Now if im correct in thinking that you need a AC/DC welder for ally and im not sure what i meant by pulse welding and a few other bits and bobs..
Is there anybody out there that can point me in the right direction?
