got another can unfortunately b&q only had one left so i could only get 1 i wanted 2, anyway did one more coat so far and it's looking much mich better now, gunna leave this coat to dry for 2 days then do a little sanding, and get another can or 2 and do another coat, think it'll all be ok though the paint job is gunna have cost almost as much as the the trolley it self after this! :/

the most over engineered helmet hanger, hand forged and some paint, needs a couple more coats.

ah well i've sprayed it in plastikote now thing it was ral 1113 or 1115 not sure think it was 1113, looks good anyway i'll post a photo at some point thanks anyway

Nice job! Now just cut the excess threads off the casters and get a couple of plastic bungs for the handle tube and it'll really look finished!

Looking great there! With the welder mounted in the width instead of in the length, the trolley could be more compact.

true, but then it'd be wider as well, as it is i can sit up against a wall, and has good places for lot's of cable hangers plus it's not just the width of the welder but all the cables coming out from it, i think it's pretty neatly protected like this too
