I have heard about these but never actually used one, don't they feed wire into the weld pool?
To be honest, I can't seen that an experienced professional TIG welder would gain much from one, However, a beginner may find them helpful to achieve neat looking welds early on.

This is the cheapest i can find,, want 1 for myself as i have probs with my hands,, and it will come in very handy when i get my tig machine,,

Did you try the piston feed method? It really works great.
