im new to TIG welding, but my tig seems to leave a bubbly finish to the bead. I personally think its oxidising. Ive been on to the seller's/makers and they say its over heating, but I tried to weld some aluminium and it oxidises like a monster!
could it be due to not enough pressure from the gas cylinder? im using disposable ones (and argon, so the gas is right).
it also seems to melt the point off my tungsten, i use 2.4 and 1.6mm Ceriated tungstend with a point ground on.
any help is VERY appreciated.

p.s its a rehman 160amp and the seller's/makers say it cant weld aluminium, i dont know why? it should shouldnt it?
