Here are my main problems:
- All the welds I produce are coated in a yellow-brown deposit
- The Tungsten sticks, quite abit, it is a scratch start but surely it shouldnt be sticking?
- Im going through a lot of Tungsten and constantly having to regrind, is this normal?
- Also getting quite alot of splatter
My setup:
190 Kitin Inverter
2.4mm red band Tungsten
Amp's ranging from 85 to 110
Pure Argon @ 9LPM - (It was purchased around a year ago apparently would it still be ok)
I should be able to post some pictures tomorrow to show you all what im talking about.
Thanks for your help in advance!
