switching off power to burglar alarms, does not stop them going off initially as they have batteries in them. Also batteries in the bell box that alarm even if you cut all the wires to the !Is there not a breaker in the fuse box for the alarm system ?
I hadn't thought of that, admittedly, maybe move the welder, chuck a damp towel over it ?switching off power to burglar alarms, does not stop them going off initially as they have batteries in them. Also batteries in the bell box that alarm even if you cut all the wires to the !
These pir are disabled during working hours, but whenever the alarm people come out ( which is quite often) they always seem to do maintenance on a box that is literally behind my machine.
Would it have anything to do with the HF spark gap? As it arcs up just fine but as far as I know these points haven't been properly maintained?
Thanks for the help.
