Ok,
Got meself an Esab Tigma 160 (or LTG 160 as it is also called) Tig welder. - The torch has a remote control button taped to the handle. Switches the arc on and off as you would expect.
This is connected to the remote control plug on the front of the machine. If i wanted to use a foot switch to control amps during welding, i would obviously need to plug it into this socket. Will this take over the function of the remote switch as well?
