Hello everyone,
Would be grateful if you could tell me your opinion on a choice I'm trying to make.
For short, I'm looking for a new TIG machine who can do:
- aluminum 1-10 mm
- stainless 1-10 mm
Machines that caught my eye:
- ESAB Rebel 205ic (also does MIG which is a +)
- Kemppi MasterTIG 235ACDC
- Kemppi MasterTIG 335ACDC
Looking into this as a long-term investment.
We are doing small to medium length beads but later we might need to do long beads on aluminum.
My concern is on how many passes we need on stainless 10mm with a machine like Rebel 205ic which is the lowest power between the three. We have an upcoming project but we only have experience with thin stainless.
No issue regarding single phase or three-phase, as we have this available.
What would you recommend?
Thanks in advance.
