Thoughts on using silicone hose for airbox-carb plenum?

It's in front of the throttle body, it'll be completely fine, there's barely any force there to deform it.

I've had a silicone 3" intake hose on the Surf for years with no trouble. I think it's from ASH.

Bit messy but you could get away with 2 75mm joiners and a 68mm black downpipe 60 degree elbow
