Hi all, after getting through my first co2 cylinder emptied a week ago. Got it exchanged on tuesday all happy and no problems, not even broken the security seal and the bottle was down 3 kilos from what it was written on the label when i collected it. this duly went back and was exchanged after a bit of verbal persuasion
went to rig the replacement up with the reg and i decided to go round the neck of the bottle to check for leaks, i would take it straight back but its a 90 mile round trip (Halstead to Leigh on Sea) and i don't drive yet. On calling up the company for some more questioning i got piled with a whole heap of BULLS**T about they check them for leaks and the fluid they check with reacts with Co2.
I have a bit of cotton soaked in araldite wrapped round it and going hard now.
It's a constant stream of bubbles about 3mm in size and i am thoroughly p155ed off. If i didn't have to buy another regulator i'd go on the volkszone offer.
Rant over!
will
