I kinda like stuff like that!  I've never heard of an Axiam whatever it is before though!
I'm intrigued. I like simple functional stuff, & the less frills and complexity tyr better. Think 2cv or Renault4 type basic, rugged, economical, practicality.
One of those looks like it'd make lots of sense for short journeys - just keep the rain off & get you and some shopping or essentials from A to B cheaply, economically & reliably, & easy to maintain/repair.
