Afternoon, with the recent investment of a welder and wanting to learn and make things I have been toying with making a welding trolley for the craic, however, the Parweld machine I have already has wheels and can be easily stored under the bench albeit with the bottle taken off the back, in my 8x4m garage minus the bench and storage cabinets and when the car will be parked up there will also be a welder taking up space. The welder will only be used in the garage or out the back if required.
The welder will be seldom used but was bought due to me always wanting one and the fact of wanting to do welding work myself, car body, exhausts, the odd DIY job here and there.
My question to you all is, are welding trolleys useful if the machine already has wheels on, what are the pro's and con's? I can already see the first con in my scenario.... space/storage.
