Guesswork?

If you know one of the answers is ridiculous, you have a 50:50 chance with a guess.

If you can't choose between any of the answers you have a 1 in 3 chance with a guess.

If you don't give an answer before the clock times out you get nothing so you may as well guess.

I can't see how they could allow for the element of guesswork either.

No bonus for answering within a couple of seconds, so the element of time only comes in to a limited extent.
