The manufacturer of my vented thermal store, multifuel, including solid fuel, specifically stated when it was sold to me that g3 installation and testing wasn't required. Just checked their website and they still say that. They might be wrong I guess.
I'll check the brand of the DHW TMV in a sec, if I can find it under the lagging.
