Hi guys
Do we have anyone on our site who may be able to lend a hand and spread some light on a topic.
I am a tad out of my death with this one
I have a air cooled vespa that I am restoring
I have sourced a cht gauge for a air cooled light aircraft as the gauge
The thermistor that suits it is not readily available in the UK
It's is not a thermocouple but a thermistor
I will link the spec below or in my follow-up post
As I understand it, as the resistance is not linear, not only does the thermistor have to be able to reach the maximum and minimum scale.
But it also has to match the gauge at any given point through out the gauge travel.
I've read you can build one for pennies
But I wouldn't know were to start
Any help would go a long way
Thanks
