thermal Arc180

Hi all,
I am new to this site and hope that some of you kind people will be able to answer my question. I want to lean myself to mig weld (with the help of this site and youtube) I have come across a cheap welder and would like some advice.The unit in question is a Thermal Arc 180 dc, I have tried to get the specifcation off the Internet for this unit but cant find any.
Dose anyone know of this welder and could tell me a little about. Thank you.

Sounds like you are looking at a Tig welder rather than a Mig.
The one below is a 3in1 machine though. I have never used one, so cannot comment on its quality unfortunately.

Thanks for info but this Thermal Arc 180 dc
I am looking at is an old machine, my mistake should have said in my post.
The switches on the front of the welder are in volts, not Amps. Dont know if this makes a difference? ?

Is it a Tig? (180 DC)
With voltage adjustment I say not Tig. Do you mean one of the thermal arc fabricator stepped migs?

My bet is its a stick plant with scatch tig
But am a bit baffled from the description
