Well a nice few filler rod laid and must say I'm very happy with performance so far had its initial job nearly complete the guy I'm welding them for just needs to fold me up some more 2mm sheet for me to finish them.
Did 4 hours pretty much straight welding at 75amps today just stopping to rotate the brackets without any drama and I'm really impressed with the arc quality it's real smooth up and down slope and easy to produce clean straw coloured beads.
I hated the torch to begin with when it's new it changes the current real easy one minute I was at what I wanted to be at -75amp next I was at 5 amp!But when it got a bit of use and I slightly changed my grip of the torch and avoid touching the rotating bit it was grand it didn't budge in four hours today.
