Nope...went to bed fine...woke up in my own bed unable to move my neck without searing pain...right where the strap had been sitting...didn't even feel THAT heavy.....same pain as when I damaged the soft tissues previously at work...

Are you sure the carving knife isn't still in you, ask a neighbour, not your wife, you want someone unbiased.

I was drilling a fan above me inside an oven a few weeks ago, the fan was above my head and was watching the new drill bit make lovely swirls of swarf come off the bit... All was well until it dropped straight down my top, ended up with little burns in dots and stripes down my chest and stomach.. Looked a bit like morse code.

Taking a heavy slow cut on a lathe years ago, short violet/blue chips coming off the job, One flew straight up my nose. Just had to stand with my eyes watering till it cooled down, trying to get it out would have meant pressing it agains my skin and burning even more.

Bad earth wire jumps while hot straight into finger think itl be grand 2 days later it's twice the size it was with infection

Welding over head spark goes through snickers and tracky bottoms just ta dribble down against back of leg burning hand every attempt to stop it

If I had a quid for each time I've slashed fingers on burrs or sharp cast, I'd be a few bob richer. Burrs are like a sadist in waiting. They may have to wait years, but they'll draw blood eventually.

I screamed the place down, gritted teeth took a look and a pinprick of blood, I swear I had torn the ball of my thumb off.
Possibly the first time I have screamed properly.
I did laugh at the horrendous wound.
