I am a full time Auto Electrician
I bought my first Rosstech Beta 0.50 in May 2000 - this came from the USA by post - I reckon I was one of the first people in the UK to have one?
Ever since then I have upgraded the interface to VAG COM - as and when new protocols have come out - downloaded the software with updated versions when new ones have been released.
I have bought every new interface that has come out over the years.
We have upgraded to the VCDS HEX net because in the next few months - Rosstech will be releasing software for Crafter vans (we do fleets of Crafter vans). It also does Bentley/Lamborghini Gallardo cars - but we see more Skoda Seat Audi VW cars and commercials in my workshop.
And the USB V2 interface we have (VCDS HEX CAN) - won't do the new software.
Full version VCDS HEX NET is £575 at the time of writing. It is cheap for the money...
