Textured ceramic tile cutting blades

I need a new diamond cutting blade to cut a couple of highly textured wall tiles. Just looking at Toolstation alone it seems you can pay anything between £5 and £45 for a single blade. I don't have an issue paying for it but I want it to work! Has anyone any recent experience of cutting texture tiles and can recommend (or otherwise) a decent diamond cutting disc?

It's for my 115mm Bosch angry grinder.

We have a pro grade diamond tile cutter taking space if its any interest? Reasonable size lump so not ideal for postage, tho it could be couried. Great if you have a lot of straight or angled cuts to do.

However for odd shapes and curves I've used a cheapy Lidl diamond continous rim discs in grinder, they work well enough but need some care using grinder.

I cut a bunch of riven slate floor tiles fairly recently.

I used whatever diamond blade that i had, which, i think, was a middle of lidl parkside special, and it was fine.

On parts with a small internal radius, i did as best as i could with the diamond wheel, and then finished with, IIRC, my b&d finger sander with a zirconium belt.
On parts that i needed a flawless, straight, edge on, i cut the part, and then went up and down it with a flap disc.


Im certain that an expensive disc in the hands of a skilled operator would be worth money, but, for me, using a cheap disc and then finishing worked fine.


(when i cut parts for work that have to be cosmetically flawless, i leave a 0.25mm thickness on the internal holes, and then finish up with a single pass, using the side of a different cutter - so i guess i just follow the same idea with other things!)
