Can a coil pack be tested off the car with a multimeter? Basically this, black plug one off the 206:

I replaced the (original?) SAGEM one that died in Jul 2020. Think the replacement, Cambiare make, has gone t!ts up now.
Not impressed and told the factor. He's getting me a genuine Bosch for the same price I paid for the Cambiare.
I've swapped out the NGK plugs for Bosch too.
Appears to be not firing on one cylinder. Tried 3 different OBD2 readers, my cheapo Bluetooth dongle one, then the BiLs plug in Sealey one and his flash Launch scanner too. Only the Launch would connect to the ECU but even then wouldn't fully diagnose. Had to enter the VIN manually. Think as it's a 2000 model it's a bit early.
