Terminal Post Insulator Required

Could someone please tell me where I'm able to buy a Split Reel Insulator?

The sort of thing that will take a 10mm bolt through the middle to allow me to pass a live welding cable through a panel on a welder. Made of that very brittle rigid plastic; consists of two part on shouldered so that it passes through a hole and locate into the other half on the other side. Well I'm sure you all know what I mean....

I've just cracked one as I tried to undo it as the bolt was extremely tight.

I made some using a hole saw from a plastic cutting board. Did turn shoulder on a lathe, but you can do something good enough by putting it in a drill and shaping with die grinder.
