Teng warranty, good service

I've got a few bits of Teng kit

I had a couple of bits that I broke and only recently got round to contacting them, I had planned to just drop them off at a local supplier.

One was 1/2 drive 7mm hex bit but that snapped and the other was a 3/8 drive 8m hex socket that the side split out of

I emailed Teng and got a response within a couple of hours with an address to send them too. Popped them in the post last Thursday and the replacements arrived this morning which I think is pretty good given it was a bank holiday weekend.

One of my sons hex bits broke whilst I was using it. Cant remember the make. It maybe boxo. Been months waiting for a replacement. Lifetime warranty, wish all makers would deal with replacements quickly

Good to hear. I've got a number of Teng F clamps, and plan on buying more, so feedback like this is useful.

The socket is part of a 3/8 set I got free with a Land Rover Owner subscription before they started offering Draper/Clarke stuff. I really like the composite ratchet and the non shiny finish they have.

I noticed on their Twitter feed that they a starting a van service which I guess will be like Snap On have.

i have quite a lot of teng stuff, never had the need to try out their waranty, the tools are nice in the hand and a lot cheaper than snapoff, whats not to like.
