telwin telmig 180/2 or murextradesmig 171

Hi,

what you choose telwin or Murex? I have the oportunity to buy a Murex 171 in uk for the same price of buying a telwin 180/02 in Portugal.

I think I'd probably go for the Murex to be honest. The min/max current settings are the same for both machines but the murex has a 'euro' torch which makes liner and torch changes very easy. It also has a higher duty cycle than the telwin.

thanks for the advice.
But at the last minute decided to buy a used electric Powertec 250c.
I hope it was the right choice.

Thats a nice looking machine. Slap a 25 or 36 series torch on it and your ready to drop the hood.
