Telwin Infinity 200 problem

Hello, I got the Telwin Infinity 200 from a local store here in Romania and I found that if I turn it OFF and I turn it ON after a while the relay does not make the standard one click, it makes two clicks when turning on the inverter.
Is this a problem or it is the normal inverter working mode ?
